11月25～27日の3日間、東京ビックサイトにて行われる “INCHEM TOKYO 2015/プラントショー” に出展致します。
INCHEM TOKYO 2015/プラントショーは、今回で30回目を迎えるアジア最大級・日本唯一の化学プロセス産業用プラントの展示会となります。
弊社の製品の展示と、弊社のフィルターを用いた逆洗式ろ過デモ機の実演を予定しております。

２０１５年３月６日に（公財）永井科学技術財団の財団賞「技術賞」を受賞しました。
受賞テーマは「自社開発の生産機械で成型したＭＦフィルターエレメントの開発」で、本開発に関する研究課題への取り組みと、技術研究分野において収めた多大な成果について表彰を受けました。
この開発力を生かして、これからもお客様のご要望に応えて参ります。
 
Award theme is “Development of MF filter elements made by production machinery developed by in-house.”
The commendation was to work on the reserch & development, to have obtained the large result.
MF filter element is a Multi-Functional type. A lot of usages of the MF filter element are used to filter of the liquid and to filter air.

名古屋市では、中小企業の技術振興・経営の活性化を促進する為、
優れた新技術や新製品を表彰する 「名古屋市工業技術グランプリ」を
実施しています。
平成26年度 名古屋市工業技術グランプリにおいて、
当社の「連続成型した極細タイプのチューブ状フィルター」が
（公財）名古屋産業振興公社　理事長賞　　を受賞し、
2月19日に関係者が表彰式に出席しました。
「連続成型した極細タイプのチューブ状フィルター」は、
不織布1枚をチューブ状に成型したフィルターで、
機械での連続成型により、長さの調整が自由で安価に
生産することが可能となっています。
本賞受賞を励みにして、今後とも新たな技術開発を進めて参ります。

 
The Nagoya City Industrial technology grand prix,
that recognize with the excellent new technology or new products and so on,
is held to encourage Small and Medium Enterprises for advancing technology and activating management.
 
Our company’s product, “the Ultra　thinness tube type filter made by continuous molding process”,
got a chief director prize of Nagoya Industries Promotion Corporation on The Nagoya City Industrial technology grand prix in the 2014 fiscal year.
The people involved participated in that awards ceremony on February 19th.
 
That is a tube shape filter made by a sheet of non-woven fabrics.
We can produce that by various length at a low price because it is made continuous by machine.
 
We make this prize encouragement and try to develop a new technique.
 
 

1月28～30日、東京ビックサイトにて行われた “インターアクア2015” に出展致しました。
インターアクアはウォーター・ソリューション総合展示会で、本年度で第6回目の開催になります。
弊社は、第3回より出展しており、今年で連続4回目の出展となりました。
弊社の製品の展示と、
昨年に引き続き、弊社のフィルターを用いたろ過デモ機の実演をさせて頂きました。
多くの出展企業が、ろ過やマイクロバブル、ナノバブルのデモ機を用意しており、
アイディアやイメージの展示ではなく、
具体的な展示会だったように思います。
最終日は、雪もちらつくあいにくの天気でしたが、
弊社のブースにも3日間で300名以上のお客様にお越し頂きました。
弊社のブースにお越しくださった皆様、貴重なお時間を頂戴しありがとうございました。

Over 300 people from all over Japan and overseas have visited our place.

11月5～8日、弊社がある愛知県の金城ふ頭　ポートメッセ名古屋にて行われた ”メッセナゴヤ2014″ に出展致しました。
アサヒ繊維の既存の各製品のPRと、
メッセナゴヤでは初めて弊社のフィルターを用いたろ過デモ機の実演をさせて頂きました。
広い分野から多くの団体や企業が集まる展示会で新たな発見や気づきの多い展示会でした。
弊社のブースにも4日間で400名以上のお客様にお越し頂きました。
わざわざ弊社のブース訪問の為に、会場までお越しいただいたお客様。
家族連れで来ていただいたお客様。
退職してしまったから、購入する予定はないけど、と貴重なご意見を丁寧に教えてくださったお客様。
弊社のブースにお越しくださった皆様、貴重なお時間を頂戴しありがとうございました。
We have exhibited our products at “Messe Nagoya 2014” on 5th～8th November in Nagoya Japan(Our home prefecture!). Over 400 people from all over Japan has visited our place. Thank you for visiting us at messe!

フィルター製造工場を建て替え、クリーン度を高めた陽圧構造化に伴い、
2014年5月9日に、弊社の作業着を一新致しました。
従来の白と紺色の作業着から、
製品への色付繊維混入防止を考慮して、白一色としました。
又、工場内へは上履きに履き替え、コロコロで作業着についた毛髪等を取り、エアーシャワーを通って入ります。
新しい工場、新しい作業着とともに、
これからもみんなで頑張ります。
 
On the occasion of plant renovation and introducing of the positive air pressure ventilation system, we changed the working uniforms on 9th-May-2014.
By consideration for the contamination of colored fibers to our products, the new uniforms are all white.
Also we change the shoes into indoor shoes, take the dirt off from the uniform by using self adhesive cleaning roller and go thorough air shower before entering the plant.
 

 
老朽化していた弊社敷地内の倉庫建屋を建て替え、
フィルター製造ラインを新しい建屋へ移設致しました。
2013年9月に工事を開始し、この度、2014年5月9日に稼働開始致しました。
新しいフィルター製造工場は、製品への異物混入防止の為、
クリーンルームと同じ陽圧構造としており、屋外から、虫や塵が入りにくくなっております。
クリーン度は、クラス10,000レベルです。室温管理、湿度管理を行い、
成型品質の向上、安定を図ります。
 
We have renovated the decrepit warehouse in our company site, and transferred the manufacturing line of filters into the new building.
The construction was started in September-2013, and we have started the operation of manufacturing filters at new plant from 9th-May-2014.
To avoid the contamination of fibers into our products, the new plant has positive air pressure ventilation system as same as a clean room.
So the opportunity of inflow of bugs and dusts into the plant becomes much less.
The cleanliness in the plant is class 10,000 level for clean standard.
We will control room temperature and humidity to improve and stabilize the quality of forming our products.

8月8～10日、中国・北京にて開催の第9回　中国（北京）国際ろ過分離技術設備産業展示会 に出展しました。我々が北京入りした7日は夏の嵐となり、飛行機の到着にも乱れが生じるほどでしたが、開催期間は事前の予報通り、快晴が続き、非常に熱い中での展示会となりました。
200社以上が出展する展示会でしたが、中国や韓国等のアジアや、メキシコ等からも弊社のブースにご来場いただきました。MFフィルター、ファイバーロッドを中心に良いPRの機会となりました。ご来場の皆様、誠にありがとうございました。
 
We have exhibitted at The 9th China (Beijing) International Filtration and Separation Technology Equipment Industry Exhibition on 8th～10th August. Beijing had a summer strom when we arrived Beijing on 7th, and so many flight of airplane was delayed or canceled.
But we had very hot sunny days on 8th~10th. And so many people from China, Korea and even Mexico has visited our place. It was great chance to introduce our products.
